Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BoostMyClout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

BoostMyClout provides social media engagement services including, but not limited to, followers, likes, views, comments, shares, and subscribers across 77 platforms. We act as a facilitator for social media growth services.

Ordering Process

  • Select a platform and service type from our catalog.
  • Choose a package and enter your profile or post URL.
  • Provide your email address for order updates.
  • Complete payment using one of our accepted payment methods.
  • You will receive an order reference number to track delivery.

We do not require your social media account password. Only a profile or post URL is needed.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
  • We accept credit/debit cards, cryptocurrencies (across 9 networks), and bank transfers.
  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
  • Payments are manually verified by our team. Processing begins after verification.
  • Cryptocurrency payments must be sent in the exact amount and to the correct network address provided.

Refund Policy

  • Orders that have not yet begun processing may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders that are partially delivered may be eligible for a partial refund for the undelivered portion.
  • Fully delivered orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our contact page within 30 days of the order date.
  • Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the service type and package size.
  • Most orders begin processing within minutes of payment verification.
  • Full delivery typically completes within the timeframe stated on the package (usually 24-72 hours).
  • Delivery may be gradual (drip-fed) to maintain a natural appearance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by platform maintenance or policy changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Submit URLs to content that violates third-party rights or platform policies
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our website or services
  • Submit fraudulent payment information
  • Resell our services without authorization

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our services. Social media platforms may change their policies at any time, which could affect service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostMyClout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social media platforms regarding your account or content, including but not limited to account suspension, content removal, or follower reduction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding our services, please contact us first through our contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
